My A/C unit completely stop working and I called Aire Serv close to the closed of business! The representative (Ms. T) was very courteous and professional! She was able to help me out greatly by contacting the tech! The tech, Mr. K Johnson did an outstanding job! He was very informative with what he was doing and provided recommendations! Awesome company and will continue to use them! Highly recommended!!!

My experience was amazing. Called them up and within 2 hours someone was at the property. He gave us a quote, but the part was going to take 2 days to get, so with Thanksgiving in the way, it was going to be 7 days of no AC. Instead they went out of there way to pick up the part from the manufacturer themselves, installed it the next day and my tenant had their unit up and running before Thanksgiving company showed up! Awesome service!

Quick to serve. Great customer service. Very business like…. explained in detail what they found during the inspection… what they needed to replace if anything. Excellent pricing. Be smart and get on yearly contract to help maintain it working well. Surely will help to prevent big expensive repairs if you do so. Just like a car needs oil changes or check other stuff on it SO DO OUR AIR CONDITIONERS. Don’t wait until your air conditioner stops working or blows up because you didn’t have a service plan.

Tech were here on time. Programmed our units thermostat the correct way, and got our unit back up and running correctly. They were very knowledgeable, and helpful. Aire Serv will be my AC company from here on out. Thanks again Aire Serve
